1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things, experiences, outcomes, goals etc. that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud. After each item express gratitude.
2.) 5 times today stop and think about the air that you breath, take 5 deep breaths, feel great gratitude, and say “thank you” out loud.
