Before Your Eyes
1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things, experiences, outcomes, goals etc. that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud. After each item express gratitude.
2.) At the beginning of the day, take your list that you created, read through it, visualize having received each item, accomplishing each goal, feeling each perfect outcome. Let that feel great gratitude wash over you.
3.) Carry this list in your pocket today and look at it at least 3 times today, read through it, feel gratitude. Try looking in the mirror and saying, “thank you!”
4.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.
