Twenty-eight Days: Day 21

Magnificent Outcomes

1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things or outcomes, goals etc. that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them, not as if you will have them in the future. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud.

2.) At the beginning of the day, choose 3 things or situations that are important to you where you want magnificent outcomes or the best possible outcome.

3.) List your 3 scenarios, and write each one as though you’re writing after it has happened, feeling gratitude for each one. Express appreciation for each specific situation and the desired best possible outcome.

4.) As you go through your day or at the end of your day, choose 3 unexpected events that came up where you can be grateful for a magnificent outcome. Each time, close your eyes and feel the gratitude

5.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.
