Heart Magic
1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them, not as if you will have them in the future. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Visualize yourself already having each of the items or outcomes.
2.) Focus on the area around your heart, bring a loving awareness to the heart’s desires. Softening, listening, a gentle awareness ensues.
3.) Reflecting back on your items or outcomes of gratitude, with closed eyes, focus on the gratitude and warmth from the heart, the life force it works so hard to pump through your body. Thank the heart for everything it does for you.
4.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.
