Every Step Counts
1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them -not as if you will have them in the future. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Visualize yourself already having each of the items. Feel the happiness, the joy, the serenity, etc… the goal is for you to get the chills every time you visualize each item.
2.) At any time during the day, take 100 steps.
3.) With every step, think of one thing that you either want to bring to your life or that you’re grateful to have and every time you think of each thing, visualize having it and associate a feeling of gratitude.
4.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, think of the best thing that happened to you today.
