The Magic Check
1.) Repeat the exercise from the 1st day. First thing in the morning, write 10 things that you would like to have in your life and be grateful for them in advance. Write them as if you already have them, not as if you will have them in the future. Write why you are grateful for each of them. Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud. Feel, as you would feel if you had them already. Feel the happiness, the joy, the serenity, etc… the goal is for you to get the chills every time you visualize each item.
2.) Take the check attached and write the amount of money that you want to bring into your life. If you don’t have the ability to print this one out then take a piece of paper and create your very own check similar to the one below. Once completed, carry it with you all day, and everyday for the rest of the cycle of exercises and look at it as often as you can, and say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU… visualize the money in your account, and attach a happy feeling to that visualization.
3.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today. Say the words THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
