On Top of the World
1.) Repeat the exercise from the first day, write down your list of 10.
2.) Think about 3 times in your life when you felt on top of the world, and give your utmost gratitude for those times. Begin to visualize and re-live these wonderful times in your life, feel the feelings you felt then.
3.) Think about 5 functions of your body that are well, and are at optimum function levels. Notice the functions of your body occur without any thought or prodding from your thinking mind. Aren’t you grateful that your body performs these functions without you having to even create a thought?!
4.) Choose one thing about your body or health that you want to improve. Now spend a little while picturing the ideal state of health. You can even begin to bring your awareness down to a cellular level, give those cells a pep talk! Be thankful for this improvement as if it has already occurred and say thank you, thank you, thank you!
5.) Before you go to sleep tonight hold your special item in your hand and think about the best thing that happened to you, or that you saw happen today.
