Mending Relationships

1.) Repeat the exercise from the first day, think of 10 things that you would like to have in life and be grateful for them as if you already have them. Then read over each item and visualize each item in depth, feel the feelings associated with each one.

2.) Choose a problematic, difficult, or broken relationship that you would like to mend or heal. Think about the person with which you would like to mend this relationship and then write down 10 things that you appreciate about that person. Ex: I am grateful for Eva because she is such a loving and wonderful person.

3.) Before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.

As Always,

This journey of life that we are currently on, is all about finding who we are, figuring out how to embrace our inner strengths, accepting and healing our weaknesses, and fulfilling our purpose. This journey of mine is all about the upward spiral, toward oneness, with each passing rung of the ladder. I hope this blog helps you out there, in one way or another, because that's what I'm here for. I live a purpose driven/cruelty-free/vegan/optimistic/sugar-free/yoga-fueled/fitness filled/adventure filled life.
