Mending Relationships
1.) Repeat the exercise from the first day, think of 10 things that you would like to have in life and be grateful for them as if you already have them. Then read over each item and visualize each item in depth, feel the feelings associated with each one.
2.) Choose a problematic, difficult, or broken relationship that you would like to mend or heal. Think about the person with which you would like to mend this relationship and then write down 10 things that you appreciate about that person. Example: “I am grateful for [ ] because [ ] is such a loving and wonderful person.
3.) Before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.
