Today is the Day
1.) Repeat the exercise from the first day, list off those 10 items as you have been doing each day. Be sure to read back over each item and try to feel the feelings associated with each one, visualize!
2.) In the morning, work your way through the plans that you have for your day and evening. Feel grateful for the opportunities you have to accomplish the things that you set out to do today. Perhaps you are especially grateful for the car that you have that enables you to run your errands, or visit your family members. Feel grateful that you plans are going to be completed and are done with ease and happiness every moment of the day. Feel this sense of gratitude for how great your day went.
3.) Before you go to sleep tonight, hold your special item in your hand and say thank you, thank you, thank you!
