Desires: Bubbly like Champagne
1.) Repeat the exercise from the first day of this challenge. When you have time today (preferably in the morning) start to create a new list of 10 items. The 10 items can be things you would like to have in life, goals you would like to accomplish, things that you would like to complete, etc.
2.) Using your imagination, let each item on your list “bubble up.” Imagine that your item is placed within a glass of bubbly liquid and as soon as you drink it, your item is immediately fulfilled. After each one has taken effect… begin to go down this list:
- What emotions did you feel when you received your desire?
- Who was the first person you told when your desire was fulfilled, and how did you tell them?
- What was the first thing you did when you received your desire? (Include as much detail as you can here!)
- Finally, re-read each item, and feel the immense sense of gratitude washing over you.
3.) Before you go to sleep tonight, hold that special item in your hand (rock, blanket, pillow etc.) and think of the best thing that happened to you today. As you drift off to slumber try to hold onto that feeling of gratitude and blessings.
