The People Who Make a Difference
1.) Task number one for the day: Write down your list of 10 things that you would like to accomplish, have, wish for someone else, etc. there are no limits to this! Heck, you may only have 5 items listed… I’d rather have you list 5 things that mean something to you than have you continue listing things that mean nothing or things that you are unable to associate any sort of feeling.
2.) Set aside some time today to think about 3 people who have made an impact on your life, or have helped you on your path somehow. While you work through the list, if any memories of these people pop up, just allow them, and feel everything as if you were re-living the memories. Begin to allow that feeling of gratitude washing over your entire being as you review the scenarios in which these people helped your growth.
3.) Before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today, then float in that cloud of gratitude as you drift off to sleep tonight. (Personally, I wear a Dendritic Agate Necklace everyday. Before I go to sleep, I hold it in my hand and perform this exercise. Remember not to force anything, whatever works best for you, then do that!)
