Sprinkle the Happy Glitter
1.) When you roll out of bed this morning or hop out of bed, however you wake up today; try to be thankful that you are here, living, breathing, and you woke up another day, isn’t that something to be grateful for?
2.) Now get ready to make that lovely list I know you are really growing to enjoy making. I found that it’s easier for me to get my list done if I’m not so much focused on writing the 10 things down in my journal. There are some days where I I am using speech to text to write down my 10 things in a notepad on my phone, there are other days where I get to work and I immediately write down on a sticky note my 10 things. However you get this done, I applaud you for your effort and you will thank yourself later.
3.) Today, imagine yourself sprinkling happy glitter on ten people that perform services that you benefit from, you can thank them directly or mentally… and feel grateful to them for the service they perform.
4.) Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today. Say Thank You, Thank You , Thank You!
