1.) First thing in the morning, write 10 things that you would like to have in your life, want to accomplish, what goals you want to reach, there are no limits to this. Then be grateful for these things in advance. Write them as if you already have them, not as if you will have them in the future.
2.) Write down why you are grateful for each of these things
3.) Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud. After each item, try to amp up your feelings of gratefulness, your sense of wonder and awe, your joy. Visualize yourself already having each of the items-the more detailed the visualization, the better, associate a feeling to each of them. Feel, as you would feel if you had them already. Feel the happiness, the joy, the serenity, etc… the goal is for you to get the chills every time you visualize each item.
4.) Sit back and think about your childhood and all the the things that were provided for you at no charge. As you recall each memory, say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU and feel the gratitude within.
5.) Take a dollar bill and write the words: “Thank you for all the money that I’ve been given throughout my life.” Take the bill with you everywhere you go for the next 23 days. Take out and read the words everyday as much as possible and feel the gratitude for the abundance in your life, and picture the money flowing to your bank account and how happy you feel about it.
6.) Right before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today.
