Twenty-Eight Days: Day 4

The gift of health

1.) First thing in the morning, write 10 things that you would like to have in your life, want to accomplish, what goals you want to reach, there are no limits to this. Then be grateful for these things in advance. Write them as if you already have them, not as if you will have them in the future.

2.) Write down why you are grateful for each of these things.

3.) Read each of the items on the list, in your mind or out loud. After each item, try to amp up your feelings of gratefulness, your sense of wonder and awe, your joy. Visualize yourself already having each of the items-the more detailed the visualization, the better, associate a feeling to each of them. Feel, as you would feel if you had them already. Feel the happiness, the joy, the serenity, etc… the goal is for you to get the chills every time you visualize each item.

4.) On a piece of paper write: “The gift of health is keeping me alive.” On at least 4 occasions, throughout the day, read it to yourself and say: “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

5.) Right before you go to sleep tonight, hold your rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened to you today. Try to hold onto that feeling as you doze off to sleep.

As always,

This journey of life that we are currently on, is all about finding who we are, figuring out how to embrace our inner strengths, accepting and healing our weaknesses, and fulfilling our purpose. This journey of mine is all about the upward spiral, toward oneness, with each passing rung of the ladder. I hope this blog helps you out there, in one way or another, because that's what I'm here for. I live a purpose driven/cruelty-free/vegan/optimistic/sugar-free/yoga-fueled/fitness filled/adventure filled life.
